If you are having difficulties uploading your video to either the LUV teacher portal or student portal, please see our tips and tricks for uploading videos below:
Video uploading tips and tricks:
- All videos must be at least 45 seconds long. Any videos shorter than 45 seconds will not be able to be uploaded.
- The maximum capacity of both the teacher portal and student portal is 350 megabytes (MB). Any videos larger than 350 MB will need to be compressed before trying to be uploaded. We recommend the application Handbrake for all videos that need to be compressed. Click here for more information on compressing videos.
- Please make sure that the video you are trying to upload is a file type accepted by the LUV platform. Acceptable files types include; mp4, mpeg, mpg, avi, mov, wmv, m4v, and 3gp. If you are trying to upload a video that is not one of these file types, the video will need to be converted. We recommend the website cloud convert for any videos that need to be converted, although any video converting application will work.
