Resetting Student Passwords

To change the password for an individual student, click on Menu and select Students from the drop-down menu.

Now scroll down to find all of the students enrolled in a LUV class. Click on the student whose password needs to be reset.

Now scroll down to find all of the students enrolled in a LUV class. Click on the student whose password needs to be reset. Clicking on the student will bring you to their individual profile tab. Click on Reset Password in blue letters on the right-hand side.

In the password window, type in the new password for the student. Then type in the new password again to confirm the password. Then click on the green Save button.

You also have the option to reset the password for the entire class. To do this, click on Menu and click on Students from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down to find the class that you want to reset the password for. Then click on Reset all student passwords/student group.

In the password window, type in the new password for the student. Then type in the new password again to confirm the password. Then click on the green Save button.

Now that you have reset the password for the class, please check your email inbox. The LUV platform has just sent you an email containing all your students' usernames and the updated password for that class.
