How to approve Collaboration Files

Click on the logo of the class that has collaboration files uploaded from your students, that are pending approval.

Now click on Collaboration Dashboard located towards the right-hand side of the screen at the top.

If you scroll down, you will be able to see all of the collaboration files that are pending approval. These files will be highlight in a light orange color and say Waiting for Approval.

To approve them, click on the white check box labeled Select All. This will select all of the collaboration files that have not been approved. This check box is located underneath your View and Edit Class Details button.

Now scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on the green Save button. This will tell the system to approve the selected collaboration files.

You will now receive a pop-up window on screen that says, "Are you sure you want to approve these collaboration files?" Click on OK to approve the collaboration files.

Once you click OK, you will receive a green notification in the upper-right hand corner of the screen that says, "Collaboration files approved successfully".

The collaboration files will change to green and say Approved, like in the screenshot above.
